VINTIV has just started the groundworks for a 3,000 m\u00b2 extension. This should give the Bering company the space to continue to grow.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

VINTIV celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. An anniversary that the machine builder does not want to pass unnoticed. The festivities are scheduled in the fall. Sales director Joris Ceyssens sheds some light on the success story: \u201cWe actually convert our customer’s process knowledge into physical form, with the aim of increasing its competitiveness.
\nCo-creation is therefore the key word, because we link his experience with his products and processes with our knowledge of how machines can work best. But the customer does retain intellectual property over the machine.\u201d<\/p>\n

VINTIV not only takes care of the design, but also the complete development: mechanics, control technology and software. So everything under one roof. \u201cWe have just started the groundworks for an extension of 3,000 m\u00b2. That should give us the space to continue to grow.\u201d<\/p>\n

Low-backlash gearboxes<\/h2>\n

Especially when it concerns applications in precision mechanics, low-backlash gearboxes are the standard. VINTIV knows where to get them: at APEX Dynamics<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The demand for customized machines is clearly increasing. VINTIV works on both heavy mechatronics and precision mechanical work. Something that will be split up in the new workshop from now on. Ceyssens: \u201cBecause they are two different worlds. From the material that is needed, to our employees who work on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The transmissions are an important link in the whole of every machine. \u201cThe motor has to control a mechanical movement. The better that transfer can happen, the more accurate the process becomes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Especially when it comes to applications in fine mechanics, low-backlash gearboxes are the standard. A deviation in the accuracy, however small, would have disastrous consequences,\u201d says Ceyssens. For the low-backlash gearboxes, APEX Dynamics therefore consulted. \u201cBecause we already had a lot of confidence in the components and in the way of working of APEX Dynamics in previous projects. We knew they would be able to supply the gearboxes we needed to meet customer requirements. When it comes to transmission issues, we know we need to be with them when accuracy is at stake. But the compactness of their gearboxes is also an important asset when it comes to customization in machines.\u201d<\/p>\n
