With a completely\u00a0new design of the successful P-series Apex achieved improvements in weight, size, backlash, noise and rigidity. With the new P2-series Apex Dynamics\u00a0will be able to approach on its own unique way\u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0based on intensive personal contact and full service &#8211;\u00a0even more markets and applications.<!--more-->The experience of Apex Dynamics with the successful P-series has result in a number of important changes. We have chosen for labyrinth seals on the input side, plasma nitride power-honed gears, and a new clamping system\u00a0for the motor shaft. Due to renewing\u00a0thorough these techniques for the P2-series we achieved the following improvements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduction of weight\u00a0(up to\u00a0-44%)<\/li>\n<li>More compact design (up to\u00a0-15%)<\/li>\n<li>Reduced backlash (up to\u00a0-16%)<\/li>\n<li>Lower noise\u00a0(up to\u00a0-12%)<\/li>\n<li>Higher stiffnes\u00a0(up to\u00a0+15%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1044\" src=\"..\/..\/wp-content\/uploads\/P2-serie-1.png\" alt=\"P2-serie\" width=\"800\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/P2-serie-1.png 800w, https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/P2-serie-1-150x42.png 150w, https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/P2-serie-1-300x84.png 300w, https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/P2-serie-1-600x168.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Apex Dynamics,\u00a0active in the Benelux market since 2006, claimed a significant market share\u00a0with focus on intensive personal contact and service of the highest level.
