The housing surface of the gearbox has undergone an electrolytic nickel treatment. The motor flange is standard made from aluminium, which is black anodized to a depth of 20 microns.<\/p>\n<p>And if the resistance against corrosion isn\u2019t good enough, (like with usage of aggressive\u00a0 detergents or in an chemical atmosphere) Apex Dynamics can offer the following possibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adapter plate in Stainless Steel, also for round B5 flanges.<\/li>\n<li>Standard gearbox fully coated with a 4 layer Epoxy Coat of 350 micron thickness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1127 alignright\" src=\"..\/..\/wp-content\/uploads\/AE050-RVS.jpg\" alt=\"AE050-RVS\" width=\"176\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/AE050-RVS.jpg 315w, https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/AE050-RVS-79x125.jpg 79w, https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/AE050-RVS-158x250.jpg 158w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 176px) 100vw, 176px\" \/>Lubrication of the gearbox with a food grade lubricant (NSF-H1) is an option, and because we use a high-tech lubricant it does not affect the specifications of the gearbox! The seals at the in- and output side are made of Viton with double lip with an encapsulated, vulcanised metal ring for easy traceability.<\/p>\n<p>The standard protection class of our gearboxes is
