In dat geval kan de PIIS-serie een goede keuze zijn. Je kan de motor namelijk parallel aan de tandwielkast monteren en deze aan elkaar koppelen met een tandriem. Dit wordt bijvoorbeeld gebruikt in een AGV, waar een parallelle opstelling gewenst is omdat er geen ruimte is om ze achter elkaar te plaatsen.<\/p>\n<h2>Handwiel aan \u00e9\u00e9n zijde, uitgaande as andere zijde<\/h2>\n<p>De PIIS-serie is een goede keuze als je aan \u00e9\u00e9n zijde een handwiel wilt monteren en aan de andere zijde een uitgaande as moet hebben. Het maakt in dit geval niet uit of je wilt versnellen of vertragen, Een toepassing is om met een relatief grove handverstelling een zeer precieze rotatie-positie te kunnen maken. Bij ratio 50 draait de uitgaande zijde slechts 1 graad als je ingaand 50 graden draait.
