Belang van specificaties en nauwkeurigheid tandheugel aandrijving<\/h2>\n

\"\"Wij krijgen vaak de vraag \u201cwat is de nauwkeurigheid van deze tandheugel aandrijving?\u201d. Voor engineers is de nauwkeurigheid vaak namelijk moeilijk te berekenen. Dat heeft verschillende redenen: omdat leveranciers bijvoorbeeld onduidelijk zijn of ze de benodigde informatie niet hebben of niet willen geven. Wanneer de nauwkeurigheid van de aandrijving onduidelijk is, loopt de engineer het risico t\u00e9 grote of t\u00e9 nauwkeurige producten te kiezen. Het gevolg is een relatief zware of dure oplossing. De klant betaalt als het ware een soort angst-premie, mede veroorzaakt door de afwezigheid of vaagheid van de specificaties van de leveranciers.<\/p>\n

Wij vermelden specificaties – zoals de maximum tangentiale kracht, de maximale spoedafwijking per meter, rechtheid, tandkwaliteit, hardingsdiepte en demagnetiseer-specificaties – tot op de micrometer nauwkeurig. Simpelweg omdat wij ervoor willen zorgen dat engineers toegang hebben tot alle beschikbare informatie wanneer zij een keuze moeten maken en rechtvaardigen of een constructie-dossier opstellen.<\/p>\n

Zo willen wij de specificaties van de verschillende tandwielkasten, tandheugels<\/a> en rondsels compleet maken voor engineers. Een groot voordeel voor hen is natuurlijk de tijdwinst, ze hebben niet langer eindeloos contact met leveranciers over onduidelijke of incomplete specificaties.<\/p>\n

Wij kunnen de nauwkeurigheid berekenen van verschillende spelingsarme tandwielkasten, tandheugels, rondsels \u00e9n complete systemen. Van 250 mm tot 90 meter en meer, van module 1 tot en met 12, tandheugel kwaliteit 4 tot en met \u00a010, rechtvertand of schuinvertand en ga zo maar door. De nauwkeurigheid is het uitgangspunt van de totale aandrijving, daarom kunnen wij het calculatie- en nauwkeurigheidsblad aanleveren voor uw constructiedossier.<\/p>\n

Op basis van deze calculaties bieden wij niet alleen zo compleet mogelijke specificaties, maar ook advies over de afzonderlijke lengte van de tandheugels in een systeem. Is \u00e9\u00e9n tandheugel van 2 meter nauwkeuriger dan 2 tandheugels van 1 meter? Hoeveel scheelt dat dan? En wat voor invloed heeft dit op de voedkracht? Zo staan wij engineers zo goed mogelijk bij in het designproces.<\/p>\n
