All tenders and contracts for the performance of deliveries by us inside the Netherlands are governed by General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Federatie Aandrijven en Automatiseren, Filed at the Registry of the Court of The Hague, the Netherlands, on July 5th, 2024, under no. 2024.17. Deliveries outside the Netherlands
All tenders and contracts for the performance of deliveries by us outside the Netherlands are governed by the ORGALIME S2022 General Conditions for the supply of mechanical, electrical and associated electronic products (S2022) of October 2022, as enclosed. Any other conditions are herewith explicitly rejected by us. On request we can send you a copy of these conditions free of charge.
