To maintain this position, continuous investment in knowledge, collaboration, and technical talent is essential. That is why we, Apex Dynamics BV, have joined High Tech Helmond de Peel. Through this membership, we aim not only to remain involved in technological developments but, above all, to contribute to inspiring young people to pursue technology.

Why join High Tech Helmond de Peel?
High Tech Helmond de Peel is a regional partnership of companies, educational institutions, and government bodies within the Brainport region. The network focuses on innovation, knowledge sharing, and strengthening the high-tech sector. For us, this collaboration aligns closely with daily practice. We work intensively with machine builders, system integrators, and engineers on solutions for robotics, automation, and precision engineering, among other areas. In doing so, it is becoming increasingly clear that the demand for technical personnel continues to grow.
In our view, that presents a major challenge. While the demand for well-trained engineers, software specialists, and mechanics is increasing, fewer young people are naturally choosing a technical education. That is precisely why we believe it is important to make technology more visible and accessible. Introducing young people to technology early on generates enthusiasm for a technical career more frequently. Practical experience plays a major role in this. Building a robot yourself, programming a machine, or working on a technical problem makes technology tangible and inspiring.

Sponsorship of Team Rembrandts and URE
Apex Dynamics’ involvement in technical education extends beyond simply participating in a regional network. We have been supporting various student teams for quite some time. An example of this is Team Rembrandts from Eindhoven. This robotics team participates in international competitions where students design, build, and program robots. Within these projects, software, mechanics, electronics, and collaboration come together in a practical environment that closely resembles modern machine building.
For students, such projects offer much more than just a competition. They learn to handle engineering processes, production, fault analysis, and system integration skills that are directly applicable within the high-tech industry.
In addition, Apex Dynamics also supports URE (University Racing Eindhoven), where students develop and build racing cars. Within this team, students work on vehicle technology, data analysis, lightweight structures, and drive technology. This creates a direct link between theory and practice.
The connection between education and industry
In our view, it is precisely these practice-oriented experiences that are of great value. They show students how technical choices come together in real-world applications and demonstrate the true breadth of technology. At the same time, such initiatives help to bridge the gap between education and industry.
This connection is becoming increasingly important. The Dutch manufacturing industry is developing rapidly. Machines are becoming smarter, faster, and more accurate, while robotics, motion control, and automation play an increasingly significant role. This requires not only innovative technology but, above all, people who understand how software, electronics, and mechanics work together. Educational institutions provide the theoretical foundation, while companies offer practical knowledge and concrete applications. When these worlds reinforce each other, an environment is created in which innovation can grow faster.
